I returned the pashmina as I thought it would be smooth silk from the photo and not rough silk. I had no problems returing the item and recieved a full refund; good service.

This finished the outfit for my daughters prom dress perfectly. The dress was teal blue but it looked great together. The feel and touch of the wrap was so smooth and soft. We ordered this close to the prom date but it arrived in plenty of time, much to our delight!! Thank you.

I ordered this shawl as a cover up for my little black dress. It is very thin and easy to snag and was not edged properly on the one side so I had to do this myself. It does look nice though and is ideal as a light summer wrap.

I ordered 3 lilac silk pashminas. The delivery was very quick. The packaging looked like it had been eaten by a dog, but we haven't got one!
The products contained within were undamaged but it would have been very easy for them to fall out of the packaging in transit.
Overall, thank you for a good service, but you might want to re-think the quality of your packaging materials.

I was able to change the colour before it was dispatched, which they did no problem. The item was very thin though & snagged too easily.
